Beach Enclave Long Bay is sophisticated, barefoot Caribbean beach living at its best, combining low density, private beach living with tailor made management services.

Phase 2 was initiated with four Beach Houses designed by architects Jacobsen Arquitetura.  The Beach Houses added an exciting, modern, tropical design that opened to wide acclaim and is one of the most celebrated beachfront home designs in the Turks & Caicos.  The impeccable four–bedroom beach houses are freestanding on their own private beachfront parcel. The design showcases the architects’ vision and BE design ethos of low-density siting, clean lines softened with organic materials, and seamless indoor and outdoor space at its best. Each beach house is discretely tucked into lush landscaping for a dramatic and private backdrop.

The first four Beach Houses in Phase 2 completed in 2021, and now BELB caps off its beautiful and tranquil 800-foot stretch of white sandy beach with its last two houses. BELB’s masterplan will round out with only 11 homes total on more than 8 acres inclusive of green space and sports areas. Owners can expect the addition of tennis, pickle ball, and half basketball courts with the completion of the last two Beach Houses, in addition to the existing fitness center and yoga deck. An adjacent Beach Club will offer a dining and bar area, water sports and children’s area.
