Originally from Canada, Kim has enjoyed 30 years in the thriving community of Providenciales while working in the Real Estate, Interior Design, Financial, and Resort sectors.  As Sales Manager for HAB Investments, she was responsible for selling over $100 million of property in their condo and commercial developments on Grace Bay.  Kim is also a Certified Professional Stager and can assist her sellers in presenting their property listing in the best possible manner.  Her diverse background and island knowledge is a fundamental strength when it comes to assessing and working with the requirements of her sellers and buyers.  She looks forward to making your property goals and aspirations a reality.
