Katherine Baryluk

Katherine made the Turks & Caicos Islands her permanent address in 2005, but the Caribbean was certainly not the first enviable place she called home.

Born in Poland and raised mostly in Italy, Katherine has lived and worked in several beautiful international destinations, including stints in England, Greece, the United States, and Canada. She studied Business Administration on a golf scholarship and obtained her real estate license in Toronto, Canada, in 2004.

Finding her stride early in life, Katherine’s first job in real estate was as a teenager. At just 28 years of age, she went on to become the youngest Broker Owner with a leading international real estate agency. Now, at this stage in her career, Katherine has amassed a steady stream of accomplishments. Among these is the completion of some of the largest real estate transactions in the region for a client list that includes families, international developers, and household names – all of whom have made their homes in the Turks & Caicos Islands.

Katherine is unwaveringly committed to her client’s goals, whether that be to find the ideal home in which to create lasting memories, or the perfect villa or land acquisition to diversify and enhance holdings within a real estate portfolio. Noting that every client’s needs are different, Katherine says she loves nothing more than matching a client with the perfect property. If you asked her to share the most valuable lesson she’s learned in real estate over the years, she would tell you that every transaction is different, but ultimately, it’s always about respecting people’s time, their resources and ensuring an unparalleled and distinctly personalized experience.

Katherine is a steadfast advocate for her client’s best interests, carefully working with them to define their goals and then keeping those ideals in sharp focus throughout the process. Katherine is invigorated by the deal-making process and the complexities and nuance of every transaction.

Katherine is seldom at a loss to fill her limited free time. She’s a skilled golfer who earned a Bronze Medal from the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association, and she’s an even more avid skier. As a former Ski Instructor with the CSIA (Canadian Ski Instructor’s Alliance), she still prefers the snow in the mountains of Western Canada and the United States to other destinations. Most often, however, Katherine’s off-island adventures can be linked to a special event somewhere in the world; she loves nothing more than to occasionally trade her beachwear for something more red-carpet-worthy.
