Bradley Walkin

Born and raised in the Turks and Caicos Islands, Bradley has intimate knowledge and deep roots within this lush country. His initial passion and career choice encouraged him to move to Daytona Beach, FL in 2004 where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Science and a Minor in Business Management at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.

During his time away Bradley has traveled extensively throughout the Americas, Europe and Southeast Asia. Bradley returned to the Turks and Caicos in 2011 where he helped to form and manage the locally owned, Orkin Pest Control company, which is an independent franchise of the US based Orkin LLC. This role placed him in the unique position interacting with prospective buyers, homeowners and real estate agents, giving him insight into business management, customer relations as well as the vast potential for growth and success that the Turks and Caicos real estate market has become known for. This potential for growth and success is what encouraged Bradley to diversify his focus and pursue a career in this industry, bringing with him the same level of commitment, determination and professionalism that has been honed over the past decade.

In line with his competitive and community driven spirit, in 2016 Bradley co-founded Swim and Surf TCI, a non-profit learn-to-swim program aimed at providing affordable teaching programs for TCI youths and adults. He also continues to fly for fun whenever the opportunity rises and as a member of The Agency team he works relentlessly to meet client expectations.
