As a sales executive in the TCI, Ali worked with off plan (pre-construction) luxury condo-hotel developments from planning to construction, completion and re-sales. He was an original member of the sales team for The Ritz Carlton West Caicos, The Somerset Resort and The Windsong at Grace Bay. Ali has worked with clients from around the globe who have invested in many of the islands throughout the Turks and Caicos.

His success in sales led to the listing, sales and marketing of Leeside Estates, a 35-acre luxury ocean and canal front residential development on the southeastern shore of Provo. Shortly thereafter, he was given the task of marketing and selling a 95-acre residential and commercial development on the island of Provo.
