Kerry Lancaster

Originally from the UK, Kerry has called the Turks & Caicos Islands home since 1999. After an
early career in real estate with one of the islands leading real estate agencies, she moved into
management of luxury vacation villas and successfully ran two boutique property management
companies. Her twenty years spent in property management have given her a unique insight
into every facet of luxury home ownership from maintenance and interior design to marketing
and maximizing return on investment. Kerry ventured back into Real Estate in 2021, having
joined her husband Tony at Agua Atlantic.

She prides herself on having a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a positive attitude. Her
goal is to make each client feel comfortable and at ease with the process of buying or selling a
home, whether for investment purposes or as a family home.
Outside of work Kerry has a passion for photography and interior design. Both she and her
husband are active members of the TCI Jewish community.
